Total Time: 20 Minutes, Servings: 7 Servings

Ingredients :
  • 1 cup green lentils, uncooked
  • 1 + 1/4 cup water
  • 1/2 tsp curry powder (optional)
  • TOPPINGS:
  • 3/4 cup tomato sauce
  • 1/2 onion
  • 4 mushrooms
  • 1 carrot
  • 1/2 cup broccoli
  • vegan cheese (optional)

Instructions :
  • Place lentils in a high-speed blender. Working in batches if needed, blend until they resemble a fine flour.
  • Transfer to a bowl, add water and curry powder and combine with a wisk.
  • Heat up a frying pan and grease it slightly. Pour half of the batter and spread it with the back of a spoon. Cook 3 minutes over medium heat, then flip over and cook 2 minutes on the other side.
  • Preheat oven to 350F or 180C. Place the crusts on a baking tray lined with parchment paper. Prepare your toppings, slice your veggies and add them on top.
  • Bake for 10 minutes. Enjoy!
